- Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK)
- Open University of Cyprus
- European University Cyprus
- Frederick University
- Neapolis University
- University of Central Lancashire- Cyprus (UCLAN)
- University of Nicosia
All other university students must contact the Cyprus Youth Organisation to obtain the European Youth Card- Student.
