The Limassol Passenger Transport Company informs the traveling public that as of Monday, November 13, 2023, it will proceed with the restructuring of its routes with the aim of better serving the public and expanding the coverage of the network to meet changing transportation needs.
New routes are being created to address the continually evolving transportation demands, existing routes are being extended, taking into consideration passenger suggestions, and schedules are being upgraded.
Specifically, the following routes are being added to the network:
- Routes 23 and 23A, which will serve the broader area of Ypsonas.
- Route 27, which will serve the areas of Erimi and Kolossi.
- Route 24, which will serve the communities of Akrotiri and Asomatos.
- Additionally, Route 16 is being upgraded to serve both Kourion Beach and the community of Episkopi, and a new route, 5B, is being added to Route 5, covering a larger part of the Polemidia area.
At the same time, Routes 16B, 17, and 19A will no longer operate, and the schedules for Route 18 are being modified based on specific criteria.
New schedules for Routes 5, 9, and 19 are being added.
